TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BSH HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES MANUFACTURING PVT. LTD.’S

1. These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) shall govern and be applicable to the Cash Back Offer (“Offer”), made available by BSH Household Appliances Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd.’s, in collaboration with Reward Port Corporate Solutions Private Limited (“Reward Port”). By participating in the Offer, each Participating Customer (as defined below) hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consents to the terms and conditions of the Offer, including these terms and conditions.
2. This Offer and the connected Terms thereto shall be valid following the purchase of the products specified hereunder (“Qualifying Products”) of Godrej by any consumer who purchases any one or more Qualifying Products (“Eligible Consumer”), and who thereafter elects to participate in such Offer in accordance with the terms and conditions (“Participating Consumer”).
3. This Offer is a voluntary offer made by the Company. Neither this Offer, nor the participation in the Offer by any Participating Consumer, has any direct or indirect relationship with the maximum retail price of any Qualifying Products as may have been purchased by such Participating Consumer. The MRP paid by a Participating Consumer for any Qualifying Products by an Eligible Consumer will be the sole consideration for the sale of such Qualifying Product to the Eligible Consumer, and purchase of such Qualifying Product by the Eligible Consumer.
4. This Offer is valid on any Qualifying Products purchased by Eligible Consumers between 20th February 2026 to 20th April 2026 (the “Closing Date”). The Closing Date for the Offer may be extended or amended, by the Company, at any time and at its sole discretion.
5. This Offer is valid throughout the entire territory of India, save and except in the state of Tamil Nadu (the “Territory”). Only Eligible Consumers that are residents of India and who purchase Qualifying Products from outlets located in the Territory shall be eligible to participate in the Offer (subject at all times to the exceptions specified hereabove). Participation by individuals below 18 years of age shall not be allowed and such individuals shall not be considered to be Eligible Customers for the purposes of these Terms.
6. The Offer cannot be transferred, exchanged, clubbed, assigned or redeemed along with another offer. Any unclaimed amount is not-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash.
7. By participating in the Promotional Offer, the participant agrees and allows Godrej to contact the participant for the purpose of this Promotional offer.

9. The Participating Customers may, at the request of BSH, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the gratification, free of charge, and they may provide their consent to BSH to use their name and images in any or all promotional material. Such Participating Consumer agrees and consents to cover the aforesaid Promotional activity through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest, or demur to such coverage or in this regard. The same shall be done at no extra cost payable to such consumer/s.
10. The decision of BSH and Reward Port, as regards to the Promotional Offer shall be final and binding. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
11. No queries, claims, dispute, complaints, or grievances pertaining to the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by from the Closing Date.
12. The use of UPI (“Wallet Provider”) name in these terms and conditions is only for the purpose of explaining the terms and conditions hereof, and does not in any manner confer, assign, or transfer or associate the trademarks or other rights of UPI. BSH use of such trademarks or other intellectual property rights is at all times intended to conform with the principles of nominative and descriptive fair use. There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate, or any other relationship between BSH and UPI, except that both entities have a principal-to-principal relationship.
13. In no event shall the Company or Reward Port be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including redemption request not being honored by the Wallet Provider. The Wallet Provider reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behavior or invalid details/credentials. The Wallet Provider has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user identity.
14. All incidental and applicable costs/taxes/Levies/TDS related to all cashback claims (under this Offer) if any shall be borne by the winning customer only and BSH shall not bear the same.
15. This Offer and all matters in connection thereto, including the purchase of any Products, participation in the Offer, the award of prizes to the winning Participating Customer etc. shall be subject to Indian Laws including all applicable tax laws and regulations, as may be applicable from time to time and in case of any disputes, the Courts at Mumbai, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
16. In case the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to the Participating Customer for the purposes of claiming cash under this Offer is not claimed within the specific time period, the same will expire and no further OTP for claiming the cash back will be sent.
17. This Offer is not valid for any employees, dealers, sellers, associates and immediate family of BSH Household Appliances Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd.’s.
18. All disputes related to this Offer shall be subject to the laws of India, and shall be resolved by arbitration, in accordance with the (Indian) Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company. Subject to such arbitration proceedings, the courts in Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
19. This Offer and all matters in connection herewith, including the purchase of any Qualifying Products, participation in the Offer, shall be subject to the laws of India, including all applicable tax laws and regulations, as may be applicable from time to time. The Eligible Customers shall be required to bear all taxes as applicable under the prevailing tax laws.
20. The responsibility of undertaking each of the actions set out in the process flow hereunder, including collecting the cash back, is solely that of the Participating Customer, and neither the Company, nor the dealer from whom the relevant Qualifying Product has been purchased shall have any responsibility or liability in this regard.
21. The Company reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend, or discontinue the Offer, or any part thereof, without ascribing any reason and without any requirement for any prior notice to the Eligible Customers. Any such modification, cancellation, extension or discontinuance of the Offer will be notified to the public through the Company’s website.
22. Neither the Company nor the dealer from whom the relevant Qualifying Product has been purchased will be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or other misplacement of the voucher or the OTP.
23. By participating in the Offer, each Participating Customer hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consents to the terms and conditions of the Offer, including these terms and conditions.
24. Neither BSH nor Reward Port shall be responsible or undertake any liability in cases where – (1) the Voucher codes have expired for any reason whatsoever, due to the natural passage of time and; (2) any loss or theft of the Vouchers. No duplicate vouchers shall be issued to any Customer.
25. Any attempt to deliberately damage BSH and Reward Port promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, BSH and Reward Port reserve the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If BSH and Reward Port suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify BSH and Reward Port for those losses, damages, and costs.
26. Neither BSH nor Reward Port accepts any responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Reward Port’s. Neither BSH nor RewardPort shall be liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning the quality/ availability of featured offers.
27. Reward Port is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, Vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
